📝 Kaamwali Agency – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Fees & Payment:

• No token fee required.

• Full consultancy fee is collected only on the day the maid joins duty.

2. Consultancy Fee:

• Kaamwali Agency charges a consultancy fee equal to one month’s salary of the selected maid + GST.

• This is a one-time service fee, completely separate from the maid’s monthly salary.

• The maid’s salary must be paid directly to the maid by the client.

3. Profile Sharing & Trial:

• 2–3 maid profiles will be shared before finalization.

• A 1-day trial period is provided after the maid joins.

4. Guarantee & Replacements:

• 1-year replacement guarantee is provided to the client.

• A maximum of 3 replacements are allowed within one year of joining.

• Consultancy fee once paid is non-refundable.

5. Client–Maid Relationship:

• Kaamwali Agency only connects clients with maids.

• Monthly salary, work duties, and legal responsibilities are strictly between the client and the maid.

• The agency does not employ the maid and is not responsible for salary payments, performance, or disputes.

6. Legal & Misuse Clauses:

• No replacement will be given if the client misbehaves, harasses, or mistreats the maid.

• In case of legal disputes where the maid’s claims are valid, no refund or replacement will be applicable.

• A client cannot retain or hire a maid rejected by the agency.

• A client and maid cannot work together privately for 2 years after rejection or termination.
